Self-taught. Started in technology in 1998 and never stopped. Built infrastructure for Viacom, Tommy Hilfiger, and the United Nations before running The Mac Support Store in Brooklyn for seventeen years.

When the Apple service era ended I closed the business deliberately and shifted focus entirely to AI. The same discipline that made the service business work — defining what success looks like before you start — is what makes AI systems work too.

I build with a spec-first approach: requirements written before anything is built, output verified against them, every change tested against what already works.
